Queen Mary - National Camera Day

What do you get when you mix 500 photographers, a historic venue, and a handful of the coolest camera vendors in Southern California? An ABSOLUTELY great time! Thank you to Tuttle Cameras and all of the SoCal stores that made 2025’s National Camera day such a memorable one. I can’t wait to return next year.

I had such a blast talking to other film photographers that I didn’t shoot nearly enough photos. Here’s some of my favorites, shot on Kodak Gold with my Hasselblad 500CM.

This might be my new favorite photo of myself. Taken by my good friend, Madison Hood! Feels almost like I stepped back in time, this image really inspires me to create a series of vintage travel posters.

Of course I can’t attend a camera event with only one camera.. I have to go overboard (with film, not off the boat thankfully!) I also brought along a vintage Kodak camera and created a fun video for Georges Camera’s Social Media. Check it out below!
